At Valoré Clothing Co., every order is prepared with care because we believe you're not just buying apparel—you're choosing to Wear a Message.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During new product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (where available)

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Valoré Clothing Co. is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Valoré Clothing Co. is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
